Board of Trustees
THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
The Board of Trustees administers all of the secular business of the congregation, and has custody and management of the church property. The responsibilities of the Board of Trustees also include:
Manage the financial and business affairs of the church and maintain the property of the church, keeping in mind the best interests and direction of the congregation;
Administer the memorial monies of the congregation;
Prepare and present an annual budget proposal to the congregation for approval at an Annual Budget meeting; and,
Oversee the accounting and general financial condition of the congregation.
The Board of Trustees also submits a yearly report at the Annual Meeting of the congregation.
